Ambassador Bridge Advisory Regarding Presidential Visit to Ambassador Bridge

OTA has been advised that users of the Ambassador Bridge between Windsor and Detroit should be aware of possible traffic delays on Monday, September 9^th, 2002.

There will be a Canada/U.S. border summit in Detroit that morning. As a result, extra security precautions will be taken at the Bridge prior to and during the event. It should be noted that the Ambassador Bridge will remain open throughout the day. Other crossings will be open as usual and traffic may wish to divert to an alternate crossing to avoid delays.
