Don't miss this opportunity to ensure that your front-line supervisors who deal with workers employed in safety-sensitive positions receive the training required under U.S. DOT regulations. The U.S. Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) stipulates that all persons designated to supervise drivers must be trained to regulation standards. This course meets and exceeds those standards by including the unique Canadian perspective.

Personnel affected include safety and driver supervisors, maintenance managers and supervisors, dispatchers, virtually anyone who regularly is in contact with employees deemed to be in safety-sensitive positions. Workplace Drug and Alcohol Training for Supervisors is a comprehensive half-day course that provides an essential education component which will help companies, through their supervisors, overcome the many challenges they will face when administering their drug and alcohol policies.

Supervisors who take the CMCC course will receive the best training available in Canada. The program not only focuses on referring employees for testing (reasonable suspicion), but incorporates the Canadian element of prevention, and includes referrals to Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs). In addition a comprehensive 100-page manual which is exclusive to CMCC (Training for Supervisors) is included in the cost.
