Whether you are a novice or skilled culinary enthusiast, Julia’s will you make you feel at home in their kitchen. Each group will become the Chef and Guest for the afternoon. They will be divided into teams, and each team, led by Executive Chef Carl Dahl and his staff, will be responsible for a course on the chosen menu. All the team members will then sit down and be served their “creations” by their team.

Ristorante Julia opened in July of 2003 and has been honored with numerous awards since ranging from Best New Restaurant in 2003 to Best All Around Restaurant in 2007 for Oakville. The Latin American and Italian concepts are the brainchild of Restaurateur Julia Hanna. The kitchen is headed up by Executive Chef Carl Dahl and Sous Chef Anthony Kniehl.
