Delegates registering on-line will receive confirmation immediately after the transaction has been processed. OTA will send all other registrants a confirmation notice by email or by fax immediately after the registration has been processed. Please allow 48 hours for processing.

OTA accepts VISA, MasterCard and American Express for payment. All OTA members in good standing can be invoiced on request. Non-members can be invoiced if a credit account exists and is also in good standing at time of registration.

Cancellations must be received in writing AND acknowledged in writing by OTA before November 10, 2008. Full refund less $100 cancellation fee applies (plus 5% GST).

NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN FOR CANCELLATIONS RECEIVED AFTER NOVEMBER 10, 2008.

Substitution may be made at any time. If your plans change and you can’t make it to the convention, you can substitute for another registrant from your company.

Substitution will only be processed after a written request is received by the Events Registration Department. A confirmation notice will be sent after the substitution request has been processed.
